Agreed - Mauritian beaches are all breathtaking but there are a few beaches with unique characteristics that will leave you stunned!

Pérébeyre - North of the island - my favorite beach for a velvet sensation of the sand, truly warm sunshine and cool waters. A swim in the lagoon creates the best experience of being on holidays in my opinion! So not to be missed under no excuse if you want to experience the best of all!

Gris Gris - South of the island - breath taking views of the sea crashing against the reefs will certainly leave a stamp on your mind! While you walk down the beach, think of the famous legend of the french guy who lost his dog on this same beach and thus the place was named after the lost dog gris-gris!  And make sure you take some great pics! Ideal for the ones who want something different to blue and calm lagoons!

Choisy - If you want to experience local mauritian culture, try the Choisy beach. Long extent of beach, packed over weekends mainly, will give you an insight of the mauritian cultural vibes with families and friends by the beach. The place is filled with laughter and music, flavours of mauritian cuisine and colours of the mauritian culture! Experience Mauritian culture by the beach!
